Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
These terms govern your use of xtree.in, a trading-evaluation programme and funded-account platform operated by XTree. By creating an account or paying for an evaluation, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
xtree.in is operated by XTree (“we”, “us”). We operate a trading-evaluation programme and, for those who pass, funded trading accounts. We are not a registered broker, investment adviser, or portfolio manager, and nothing on the platform is a personalised recommendation to trade.
2. What the service is
XTree provides a skill-evaluation programme. The evaluation gives you a $5,000 simulated account that tracks real market prices; during the evaluation, no real orders are placed on any exchange and no real money is at risk. To pass, you must reach a +10% ($500) profit target within a 30-day window, across at least 5 trading days, without your equity touching the trailing 5% ($250) maximum drawdown floor, and satisfying the consistency rule (no single day may account for more than 40% of your winning-day profit).
3. Fees and billing
Access to an evaluation is a one-time fee of $50 per attempt — there is no monthly subscription. A 0.05% per-fill trade fee (5 basis points of notional, on each fill) applies in both the evaluation and funded phases. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. The evaluation fee is non-refundable except where expressly stated or required by law.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful where you live.
5. Evaluation rules and integrity
Passing an evaluation requires meeting the profit target across the minimum number of trading days without breaching the drawdown limit, and satisfying the consistency rule. We may void an evaluation, withhold funding, or suspend an account for conduct that undermines the integrity of the programme, including collusion, abuse of platform mechanics, or attempts to game the evaluation.
6. Funded accounts
Passing an evaluation provisions a $5,000 funded account that trades with real execution and platform capital — not your own money. The funded account carries the same 5% trailing drawdown rule, but no profit target, no time limit, and no minimum trading days. A breach of the drawdown floor terminates the funded account. We may apply a kill-switch or other risk controls to funded trading.
7. Withdrawals and payouts
On a funded account you may withdraw realised profit above your $5,000 balance. Requests have a $50 minimum and are limited to one per day (after the 00:00 UTC close). Payouts are split 80% to you and 20% to the platform, computed at request time, and are processed manually after review. A verified KYC identity check is required before any withdrawal. We may hold or reject a request pending review of account integrity or the consistency rule.
8. Identity verification (KYC)
Before your first withdrawal you must complete a one-time identity check by uploading an identity document. Documents are stored privately and reviewed by our team; verification is a precondition for any payout. See the Privacy Policy for how this data is handled.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other users’ data, or use automated means to abuse evaluation, funded-trading, or payment mechanics. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations.
10. No investment advice; no guarantee
XTree is an evaluation and education platform. Nothing on it is investment advice or a solicitation to trade. Past simulated performance does not predict future results, and we make no guarantee of profit, of passing an evaluation, or of any payout.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XTree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the evaluation fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version always governs continued use. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which XTree is operated. This is plain-language v1 wording and is subject to review by counsel.
