Terms of Service

xtree.in is operated by xtree Education LLP (Bengaluru, India). The research-analyst pathway is run jointly with xtree Capital LLP. We are not a SEBI-registered broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or research analyst.

XTree operates a skill-evaluation programme. You trade a simulated account on synthetic INR instruments (“xSpot”) that track real market prices. All trading on xtree.in is simulated — no real orders are placed on any exchange and no real money is ever at risk during an evaluation. The Standard evaluation provides a ₹5,00,000 simulated account with a 6% (₹30,000) profit target over a 30-day window, subject to the published risk limits (₹15,000 Maximum Loss Limit; an optional ₹10,000 Daily Loss Limit).

Access to an evaluation is sold as a subscription (the Standard tier is ₹5,000 per month). Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated or required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current period.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful where you live.

Passing an evaluation requires meeting the profit target across the minimum number of trading days without breaching a risk limit, and satisfying the consistency rule (no single day may dominate your winning P&L). We may void an evaluation, withhold clearance, or suspend an account for conduct that undermines the integrity of the programme, including collusion, abuse of platform mechanics, or attempts to game the evaluation.

Clearing an evaluation may make you eligible to sign a separate bilateral analyst agreement with xtree Capital LLP. Any professional fees are paid by xtree Capital LLP under that agreement and are subject to its terms, applicable tax withholding, and the professional-fee policy in force. Nothing in this document guarantees clearance, an analyst agreement, or any professional fee.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other users’ data, or use automated means to abuse evaluation or payment mechanics. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations.

XTree is an education and evaluation platform. Nothing on it is investment advice or a solicitation to trade real securities or assets. Past simulated performance does not predict future results, and we make no guarantee of profit, clearance, or funding.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xtree Education LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms; the current version always governs continued use. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
