Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026
This policy explains what personal data xtree.in collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the evaluation and funded-account platform operated by XTree.
1. Who is responsible for your data
XTree is the data controller for personal data processed through xtree.in. You can reach us at hello@xtree.in.
2. What we collect
We collect: account details from your sign-in provider (name, email, profile id); evaluation and trading activity on the platform; payment records (amount, status, gateway reference — we do not store full card details); the identity documents and details you submit for KYC before a withdrawal (such as a passport, national ID, or driver’s license; a PAN is optional); withdrawal payout details you provide; and standard technical data (IP address, device, and usage logs) needed to run and secure the service.
3. How we use it
We use your data to operate the evaluation and funded accounts, process the evaluation fee and withdrawals, enforce risk and integrity rules, verify identity for payouts, provide support, send transactional notifications (pass/fail, payment, and payout status), comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
4. KYC identity documents
Identity documents you upload for KYC are stored in private storage that is not publicly readable, and are accessible only to authorised reviewers for the purpose of verifying your identity before a withdrawal. Our team reviews them via short-lived, access-controlled links; we do not publish or share document contents except as required to run the payout process or by law. A PAN, where you choose to provide it, is optional.
5. Payment and payout data
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we receive a reference and status, not your full instrument details. Payout details you provide for a withdrawal are used solely to process that payout.
6. Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, database, storage, payment, email), and where required by law or to protect the integrity of the programme. Providers are bound to use the data only for the services they perform for us.
7. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent for non-essential processing. Contact hello@xtree.in to exercise these rights.
9. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including authenticated access to user data, private storage for KYC documents, and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to address issues promptly.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version always governs. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
