Risk Disclosure

Last updated July 2026

Please read this before paying for an evaluation. It explains the nature of the simulated evaluation, the real-execution funded phase, and the risks of participating.

1. The evaluation is simulated

During an evaluation, all trading on xtree.in is simulated. You are not buying, selling, or holding any real asset, and no orders are routed to any exchange. Prices track real markets, and a $5,000 balance is virtual. None of your own money is traded in the evaluation.

2. The $50 fee is for the evaluation

Your one-time $50 fee buys access to the skill-evaluation programme. It is not an investment, deposit, or trading capital, carries no expectation of financial return on its own, and is non-refundable except as expressly stated. A 0.05% per-fill trade fee also applies. Do not pay it with money you cannot afford to spend on an evaluation.

3. Funded accounts trade for real

If you pass, XTree provisions a $5,000 funded account that trades with real execution and platform capital — not your own money. Realised profit above $5,000 is withdrawable, split 80% to you and 20% to the platform, subject to the drawdown rule, the withdrawal rules, and identity verification. A breach of the trailing drawdown floor terminates the funded account.

4. No guarantee of passing, funding, or payout

Most participants do not pass an evaluation. Passing does not guarantee any particular outcome on a funded account, and holding a funded account does not guarantee a payout. Any payout is contingent on realised performance and on satisfying the withdrawal and integrity rules.

5. Not regulated investment advice

XTree is not a registered broker, investment adviser, or portfolio manager. Nothing on xtree.in is investment advice or a recommendation to trade. Simulated performance does not predict real-market results, and leveraged trading can produce rapid losses.

6. Taxes are your responsibility

Any taxes on the evaluation fee or on any payout you receive are governed by law and your individual circumstances. Consult a qualified tax adviser regarding your position.
